A Note From the Owners of TCIM

Dear TCIM Community,

We wanted to reach out to our patient base to share some updates and specials, but first, we want to say thank you for being a part of our community and allowing us to fulfill our mission to bring functional and lifestyle medicine to our local community.

We have been in business since 2014, and the work we have gotten to do has been beyond fulfilling for us and our providers. Having daily appointments with all of you and being a part of what we consider one of your most valuable assets, your health, is truly an honor.

That said, being an integrative medicine clinic has had huge rewards but has not come without some challenges. Due to this we wanted to thank you all for being patient with us as we are navigating some of these changes and challenges, and we want to share with you what these are.

We believe that to provide true healing and optimal health, you have to look at the body as a whole. Cognitive, metabolic, physical, mental, and behavioral functions all play a role in health and may need to be addressed as part of your treatment plan. To support you in bringing wellness to any of these areas, we offer various services and providers that can help you reach optimal function in your life.

Although these services are all very important to your overall healthcare plan, not all of them are covered by your insurance, and the carrier you have makes a difference. The laws and guidelines are changing regularly, and we are doing our best to continue to provide these services as approved by your insurance provider. Please know that our commitment to you and our mission has not changed and we are doing everything we can to continue to support you at the lowest cost possible.

Here are some of the changes we have had to make recently, and the specials we are offering to you are below:

One of the services that has had the biggest shift in our clinic is massage therapy. We believe this is one of the services that truly can make a difference in your stress and pain management. We are sad to see that this service is not covered by insurance any longer but we are still committed to offering it here at TCIM to support your needs.

IV Therapy has had some changes with Blue Shield patients but is still being covered by all other carriers.

We provide many types of IVs with different benefits and price points. For those of you who want IVs but are not covered by your insurance, we do have some entry-level IV options. Again, we are creating ways to deliver these to you at a low cost so you can still receive the benefits of IV therapy.

We just celebrated our 10-year anniversary in July, and we look forward to being here in the Valley for many years to come. Thank you again for your continued trust, and please let us know if there is anything we can do to support you in your health journey and success.
